Tony served as the Chief Learning Officer and Global Head of Allianz University (AllianzU) for four and a half years. His responsibilities included establishing and implementing AllianzU to transform global learning and leadership development programs and systems. He has occupied various senior leadership positions within talent and learning and operations at Inizio, Allianz Global Investors, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Hewlett Packard, Motorola, and Gateway Computers.
